8-week courses
The Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) is an 8 week course developed by the Mindfulness Association. The aims of the MBLC are to help participants have an in-depth experience of mindfulness and develop a sustainable personal practice with a view to applying this in everyday life.
The course consists of 8 sessions of 2 hours in a small, supportive group and an additional full day of deepening mindfulness practice. Courses run regularly at locations throughout Northumberland and Tyneside. Click on the links for further details.
Mindfulness Based Living Course in Morpeth
Wednesdays beginning 5 September 2019 6.30 - 8.30pm
(introduction 5 Sept, 8 week course starts 3 October)
Watson House Holistic Therapy Centre, Morpeth.
This 8 week course includes a full day retreat and follow up session. It is led by experienced Mindfulness and Yoga teacher Sally Roach.
