Introduction to the Compassion Based Living Course

The Compassion Based Living Course (CBLC) is a weekly course based on the Mindfulness Association’s Level 2 Training - Responding with Compassion. It is for those who have already completed an 8 week Mindfulness Course and wish to explore and further develop their practice.
The course consists of 8 weekly classes and draws on insights and practices from neuroscience, evolutionary psychology and Mahayana Buddhism
There is an introductory session on 9 September. The 8 week course will start on 4 October 2019. All sessions are at Watson House, Morpeth, 6.30 to 8.45pm.
