Our Courses
We offer a range of courses and workshops. A selection of these are described below. If you can't find what you are looking for, we may be able to create a bespoke course to meet your needs.
Mindfulness
We run regular 8-week Mindfulness Based Living Courses, Mindfulness drop-in sessions, Yoga and Mindful Movement and Retreat days. Alternatively we can offer individual sessions.
Compassion
Our 8 week Compassion Based Living Course is a great way of connecting with what's important in life.
Workshops and Talks
We offer a varied range of workshops and talks, applying Mindfulness and Compassion to everyday issues that we encounter.
